How can I book a self drive 4-wheeler?
You can book a self drive 4-wheeler by giving us a call or sending a message on whatsapp. We also have online booking process which you can use to book, give us a call and we will walk you through it.How much do you charge for pickup from Dabolim and MOPA Airport?
In order to bear driver and fuel cost, we charge nominal fee of 400 INR from Dabolim Airport and 500 INR from Mopa Airport one side.What rules and polices need to be followed for driving self drive vehicles in the state of Goa?
1.Rental Vehicles are not allowed to be taken outside Goa borders without permission. Customer will bear the penalties and fine in case caught by police.
2. Drink and Drive is not allowed and driving on beaches is strictly prohibited in Goa.
3. Parking/Entry Fees at hotel, airports wherever applicable will be payable by guests themselves.
4. Seatbelts are compulsory in Goa while driving and all of our customers are instructed to follow the traffic rules strictly to stay away from any penalties from traffic police.
5. If an accident, mishandling, or negligence causes damage to the rental automobile, the authorized car vendor/company will calculate the necessary costs, which the customer is responsible for paying together with the daily rental fee until the vehicle is ready for use again.
6. Parking/Entry Fees at hotel, airports wherever applicable will be payable by guests themselves.What will happen if I return my car later than the decided drop-off time.
Generally we are very lenient with our customers so we do allow some extra margin time depending on the availability of that car. However sometimes it’s not possible specially during high season time due to back to back bookings. Please give us a call to know how availability of that car looks like.What if I cancel my booking?
Generally we take small token amount of 15-20% from our customers as an advance booking amount in order to lock car for your rental duration and that booking amount is not refundable if you cancel your booking with us. If any booking is cancelled by Fastretal India due to non availability of car, a full refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account within 5-7 days.What if I change my pickup and drop location?
Yes you can change your pickup and drop location but you have to inform us prior so we can make arrangement accordingly. There might be extra charges if your pickup drop locations are far from your reported locations.Can I take car outside Goa?
No, guests are not allowed to take cars outside Goa borders, heavy fines will be applicable in that case.
