Thugs.... The service was extremely poor, and the car's condition was subpar. The owner and his driver's behaviour was inhumane, and they didn't return our security money, instead taking a penalty for an already scratched car. Overall, it was the worst rental experience!
My girlfriend and I had a horrible experience with this car rental in Goa. The car was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a terrible smell. To make matters worse, it broke down during our trip and left us stranded for hours while the staff were rude and unhelpful. On top of that, they deducted money from our deposit for minor scratches that were barely noticeable. The entire experience was frustrating and disgusting, and it ruined part of our vacation. Would never rent from them again.

Scammers warning. Gave us a really bad condition car. Rude behaviour from the owner. These are the scammers you should avoid. Took dropping and picking charges and drop point person wants to get picked up too on his convenience. Zero stars from my side. Scamming to get our almost whole deposit with a very minor scratch.
The owner we talked to was very rude and when we wanted to drop off the vehicle the person detected a minute scrarch which was easily be able to removed but owner deducted half of the money from the deposit just for that minute scratch even when we filled extra petrol in the vehicle, i would prefer not to go with them

Mixed experience with Fast Rental. The booking process was smooth and I was immediately contacted by the manager to share the car details and quote. I booked a Baleno for 4 days and was supposed to land at 7 pm at MOPA. I paid an advance of 1500/- as a Token as well. At the day of delivery, I kept informing Amit the time of landing - he shared a dirver's number with me. When I landed and called the driver, he said he is stuck in traffic and will take around 15 mins to arrive. I waited but the 25 mins and the driver did not arrive. They kept saying to wait for 10 mins, but were very far ( I asked the live location). I finally booked an airport cab and left- they did not have the courtesy to return my token amount ( they could have deducted the driver pickup charges atleast). Not a good experience.
It was a very comfortable trip with the Creta Manual that we took for 8 days in Goa. The car was clean and very well maintained. The pickup of the car was at Dabolim Airport and drop was at Thivim Station. Mr Rahamn came on time and explained everything very clearly and also guided us about the famous churches in South goa. Same person arrived on time to collect back the car with our Id and Deposit. The car was in good condition and brand new 2025 model. I would recommend fastcar goa for hiring self drive car. It was ok experience with the company. We travelled Goa in month of June and it was raining and raining all the time, we drove only 20-30 kms in 2 days due to the bad weather. Car was in well maintained condition and pickup was on time at Goa Airport.
